Welcome back!
After what seems like a very long time its nice to open the doors and start seeing people again. It has certainly been an interesting time over the last year... Whilst adapting to working in a different way, it has been great to continue interacting (albeit remotely) with everyone. Challenges of doing home demos by sending equipment to your homes and then holding FaceTime / Zoom consolations whilst you are listening has certainly been a new experience!

To the many of you who continued to purchase from us despite the absence of our demo facility, a big thank you for the support - it has been interesting to see how the home demo experience has been beneficial to so many, we will of course continue to offer this service and perhaps even expand this further.

Our supplier and manufacturer partners have been incredibly busy over the last year and we have plenty of new products plus significant revisions to existing models too. Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to these exciting developments plus new arrivals in our demo stock.

Another interesting part of the last year has been remotely diagnosing potential improvements in systems. We all had more time to enjoy and analyse our systems that’s for sure, combined with some intriguing new products we have been able to bring some already great systems to new levels of performance, again over the next few weeks we will be sharing those discoveries through our newsletter

Moon by Simaudio - Now with Apple Airplay 2 & Spotify..

The team at Moon have been busy implementing new features to our favourite streamers and all MOON products that contain the MiND module. Now with Apple Airplay 2 - integration with your favourite "i" device is super slick, a simple gesture on the screen of your iPhone or iPad will reveal your MOON available as an Airplay device.

Watching Netflix on your iPad? Just send the audio to your MOON system for the full soundtrack!

Listening to BBC sounds on your MacBook? simply click on the Airplay icon in the task bar to beam the sound out of your laptop and into your MOON system - Amazing !

As if that wasn't enough, Spotify is now supported too, although we have always recommended other higher bitrate platforms we know a lot of you use Spotify and happily Spotify are now moving to higher bitrates too

Nordost - Power Cables & Jumper Links

As many of you have experienced recently, our recommendation of Nordost cables has shown just how much more your system can be capable of when connected with high performance cables.

We have always suggested that power cables are an often overlooked, important component in their own right. The Red Dawn power cables offer a significant improvement for all pieces of equipment, amplifiers, streamers, DACs & CD Players. Another cable link in our systems that is often overlooked are the small metal plates used to connect the bi-wire terminals on the back of our speakers. If you haven't tried changing these for dedicated links you might be in for a pleasant surprise - possibly one of the cheapest single upgrades on any system.

Sonus Faber - Heritage & Sonetto range news

Exciting news from Sonus Faber in the form of an elegant new floor standing model in the Heritage Range. The Maxima Amator expands on the traditional design lines of this range with exemplary performance. The Sonetto range continues to find new homes amongst our customers, The Sonetto 3 & 5 proving very popular. The sonic pairing with MOON amplification is sublime, the combination of the ACE and Sonetto is very strong indeed. We have the Sonetto models available for demo either in the showroom or at home.

VPI - Prime 21 Turntable

Another new member of our demo team, the Prime 21 is an extraordinary turntable, so quite and so refined, the music simply jumps out of the groove when playing on this deck.

We have the Prime 21+ on demo - perhaps the first plug and play high performance turntable - The Prime 21+ has the addition of a VPI Shyla MC cartridge (custom made by Audio Technica) and a VPI Weisline tonearm cable (manufactured by Nordost) included in the box, simply unpack and plug in ! The new walnut finish is very nice indeed..

As we slowly return to normal, the offices and showroom will continue to operate by appointment (as we have over the last few years) however we will be specifically reserving wednesdays as a day the showroom is regularly staffed for any last minute visits / deliveries / collections etc.
