    Engineer Workshop Charge - £95 + Vat
    (Any items inspected in workshop incur a minimum charge of 1 Hour.
    ​After that, repair costs (labour) are charged in 30 minute increments)
    Refused Estimates -  £150 + Vat
    Items that have bene thoroughly examined and priced for repair, are subject to a minimum cost of £150 + Vat should the work required be declined
    Packaging
    Most manufacturers now require the customer to retain packaging in case of warranty or repairs. 
    If the original packing is no longer available, the manufacturer may insist to charge and supply new packaging before returning items.
